EAn build 0.97 released

This build brings generally interface and performance improvements, along with highly requested in-line compilation feature.

- In-line compilation feature added! Now you can update association multiplicities during execution without interrupting execution and recompiling!
- Diagram generation algorithm improved
- Whole icon-set upgraded to EA 7 look-and-feel
- Toggle Control Panel option makes easy showing/hiding Control Panel from EA menus

For the next build (end of November), persistence feature and class method support will be incorporated.
